SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping will be free on orders of $50.00 or more in Puerto Rico and the U.S.

Order less than $50.00 shipping will be $5.00.

If the product is heavy, a shipping cost will be available on the site.
Depending on your country, state, or zip code, additional shipping fees and taxes may apply.
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package.
If the client wishes a faster shipping method (Priority Mail), contact us at fabiolayyo1@gmail.com or (939) 939-397-0563; additional shipping costs apply.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
 Allow 4-6 business days for orders to be processed.
Pre-order items may take up to 12 days to be processed.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

If there is an error in the shipping address, the client must contact us to correct the address before processing the order. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address due to client negligence, the package will be returned to our office, and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier’s responsibility. In this case, you should contact your nearest USPS office directly.
